🚀 Your Mission
As our Sales Manager, you’ll ensure the company hits its gross revenue targets, maximizes marketing ROI, and transitions clients smoothly from the sales pipeline to the legal team. You’ll build, coach, and lead an elite sales team that leaves no lead behind and no quota unmet.
🎯 Key Outcomes
• Surpass quarterly revenue quotas, leading the team to close $5M USD in annual sales.
• Convert 20% of marketing-qualified leads into new clients by the end of year one.
• Successfully onboard 1,000–1,200 clients within 12 months.
• Optimize and manage the sales funnel—prioritize focus, eliminate waste, and improve close ratios.
• Support and scale an internal sales university to train and onboard new team members.
• Top-grade the team by coaching top talent and managing underperformance.
• Partner with marketing to optimize HubSpot sales/marketing funnels.
• Lead with metrics—know the numbers, drive decisions, and stay relentlessly focused on improvement.
đź’Ş What You Bring (Core Competencies)
• Proven track record of personal and team-based sales success.
• Experience managing teams that have achieved $8–$10M in annual sales and/or onboarded 1100–1400 clients.
• Expertise in inside sales, consultative selling, and phone-based sales.
• Confident leader who can develop people, manage performance, and inspire excellence.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and keeping the team aligned and focused.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a major plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—knows how to lead the conversation and win trust quickly.
• Bilingual: Native Spanish speaker with professional-level English (spoken and written).
• Highly organized, data-obsessed, and committed to transparency and accountability.
