Godoy Law Office is an immigrant-owned law firm serving clients nationwide. We provide caring, multilingual legal guidance across immigration matters, helping people navigate complex processes with transparency, respect, and personal attention.

We’re seeking a confident, relationship-driven Sales Consultant to guide prospective clients from their first conversation through a clear next step. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, moving quickly, taking ownership of outcomes, and helping clients feel understood during an important moment in their lives.

What you’ll do

• Respond promptly to prospective client inquiries and conduct thoughtful intake conversations.

• Build trust with individuals and families while clearly explaining consultation, engagement, and next-step options.

• Own the sales process from initial contact through signed engagement agreements.

• Follow up consistently, address questions, and help prospective clients move forward with confidence.

• Partner closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure accurate handoffs and a strong client experience.

• Maintain clear, timely CRM notes and keep pipeline activity moving.

• Meet activity, consultation, and enrollment goals while representing the firm’s values of empathy, honesty, and accessibility.

• Strong consultative sales, intake, client-service, or business-development experience.

• A direct, self-starting approach to pursuing goals and resolving obstacles.

• Excellent communication skills and genuine comfort building rapport quickly.

• The ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline, shift priorities, and follow through.

• Sound judgment, discretion, and a client-centered mindset.

• Comfort working with CRM tools and documenting client interactions.

• Bilingual Spanish-English communication skills are strongly preferred; Arabic language skills are also valuable.

Compensation

• There will be an $800 base and the rest of salary will be based on bonus with no limit.
