Paralegal Supervisor

Remote, Mexico

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of immigration paralegals, building a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and filing of USCIS applications and petitions (family-based, employment-based, naturalization, adjustment of status, etc.).
  • Ensure deadlines, RFEs, and USCIS notices are monitored and handled promptly.
  • Guide complex cases and support paralegals with problem-solving.
  • Keep workflows organized so every case is accurate, timely, and client-focused.
  • Partner with attorneys to keep cases moving and clients well-informed.
  • Use case management tools and technology to streamline processes and make work more efficient.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal with strong knowledge of USCIS processes and filings.
  • 2+ years supervising paralegals or legal staff (preferred, not required).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a compassionate, people-first approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work for clients.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
