Immigration Paralegal (Bilingual English/Spanish - Remote)

ABOUT US:
At Godoy Law Office, we are a fast-paced, mission-driven immigration law firm. We help immigrants and their families achieve legal status in the U.S., using our expertise in immigration and criminal law. Every case we handle has a real-life impact, often determining whether a client stays in the U.S. or is deported.
We’re currently seeking a skilled and passionate Immigration Paralegal with strong waiver experience to join our remote team. You’ll be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team that fights hard for our clients and values integrity, service, and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage full immigration caseload from start to finish
Draft and file immigration applications with USCIS and consular offices
Prepare waiver packets, including I-601, I-601A, and I-212
Write affidavits, cover letters, legal declarations, and client correspondence
Conduct client interviews and strategy meetings
Track deadlines and maintain accurate records in our case management system
Work closely with attorneys and legal staff in a fully remote setting

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience in immigration law (waiver experience preferred)
Deep knowledge of USCIS and EOIR processes
Familiar with forms including: G-28, I-130/A, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-589, I-918, I-360, I-601, I-601A, I-212, I-129F, I-751, DS-260, N-400, I-90, AR-11
Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms
Must be able to work U.S. Central Time Zone hours

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

Experience working remotely for U.S.-based law firms
Exposure to crimmigration or detained/detention-related work
Strong legal writing or client service background
