Oak Brook, IL, United States of America
If you are looking for a high-energy and positive team environment with lots of earning potential, then look no further. We are fast-growing, entrepreneurial law firm that helps people through the immigration system and people charged in criminal court. We are here to help our clients navigate the legal system and achieve positive results.
We are very focused on giving our clients an outstanding experience. We are also really busy, and we do not intend to slow down! We need the right kind of person to meet with our potential clients, listen to them, hear their struggles, and then show them how we can give them the path to a better tomorrow.
We strive to help our clients come out of a scary and extremely emotional process feeling as though they have been heard & helped, and that they are now in a better position than they would have been without us.
Our job does not end with the sale! The right person will be interested in following up with our client to ensure that his or her needs are met throughout his or her relationship with Godoy Law Office.
We need a team member who can take control of the front-end client experience by being the first point of contact, get the engagement, and then on-board the person as a client of the firm.
You must be fluent in Spanish.
The basic duties of the position are: Meet with potential new clients to listen to them and present the value of our firm to them.
Follow up with potential new clients who have not signed up yet.
Work with owner on sales goals that line up with firm’s growth goals.
Provide customer service to current clients.
If the following describes you, then you may be the person we are looking for: You understand and can empathize with our clients. Maybe you’re an immigrant or have family members or friends who are immigrants. Maybe you’ve got friends or family who have been in trouble with the law before. Maybe you’ve seen a friend or family member get railroaded in court – and you know how painful it can be when a case is handled poorly.
You understand the difference between “cost” of services and “value” of services, and you can communicate that to customers.
You understand how to build a relationship with a person and how to interact with different types of personalities.
You know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value.
You can think on your toes and you don’t get discouraged when things don’t go as planned.
You see what most people would see as a “problem” as an “opportunity.”
You value entrepreneurship.
These items are non-negotiable: You must be fluent in Spanish.
You must have sales experience.
You must be positive! There’s enough drama and negativity in this area of law – we need someone who can inject some positivity into our clients’ lives. If you complain a lot or like to feed on drama, you will not be happy here.
You must care about something and have goals in life.
We are looking for someone with experience selling professional services or luxury good. Someone who understands how to spend time with a customer to understand the problem the customer is trying to solve and then recommend a solution that will specifically address that problem.
